plementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (2000), the Council of Europe''s Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (2005) and the EU Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in
human beings and protecting its victims. This book provides a comparative analysis of these legal documents and suggests a number of proposals in order to improve the international and national policies to combat this kind of criminality.
