The Magic of Lemon Drop Pie

Waitress meets The Midnight Library in this uplifting novel about a chef who is granted the opportunity to spend a day in three alternate lives she could've had… three days, one life-altering opportunity

Lolly Blanchard's life only seems to give her lemons. Ten years ago, after her mother's tragic death, she broke up with her first love, and abandoned her dream of opening a restaurant in order to keep her family's struggling Seattle diner afloat and to care for her sister and grieving father. Now a decade later, she dutifully whips up the diner's famous lemon meringue pies each morning while pining for the love and life she lost.

On Lolly's thirty-third birthday, her quirky, beloved aunt gives her a mysterious gift-three lemon drops, each of which allows her to live a single day in a life she might have lived if she'd made different choices. It's an eye-opening experience that helps Lolly comes to terms with all she's lost, but also recognize her own strength. With one last lemon drop to use, Lolly has a chance to do-over the last ten years. Torn between duty to her family and the true desires of her heart, she discovers that the key to transforming her life lies not in redoing her past, but in taking control of her present.
