"The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18)
A broken heart . . . a wounded spirit. Lark lives alone in a beautiful and tranquil estate home left by her parents, along with a considerable fortune, after they were killed in a tragic automobile accident when she was young. However, despite her overwhelming sadness, a strange angelic occurrence and unexpected consequences give Lark a rare and unique opportunity to help others and, in the process, learn the power of faith, forgiveness, healing, hope, and restoration.
