Preadviezen / Reports 2012 of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Rechtsvergelijkend en Internationaal Insolventierecht (NVRII) / Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (NACIIL). The Association s goal is to promote the
